The Kondele Children’s Hospital Research Site is a premier clinical research facility dedicated to advancing pediatric and infectious disease research in Kenya. As part of the Center for Research and Therapeutic Sciences (CREATES) network, the site plays a critical role in conducting large-scale clinical trials that contribute to global healthcare advancements.
Located within the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH), the Kondele Children’s Hospital is a Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) facility managed in collaboration with JOOTRH. The site is staffed by highly qualified research personnel, ensuring the highest standards of clinical research and patient care.
